By: Paige K. Mitchell Missing 17-year-old Leona Nicole Toney from Greensburg, Pa. The missing child signals were first raised on August 19, 2017 in Johnstown, PA. She was last wearing a black and dark grey Victoria Secret sweatsuit outfit. She is biracial (Black and Caucasian), 5”1, and 150 pounds. Greensburg, PA.
